WHY THE ADMINISTRATION OF HUMAN TALENT IS IMPORTANT?
There is no doubt that many workers are generally dissatisfied with their current job or the prevailing organizational climate at a given time and that has become a concern for many managers. Considering the changes occurring in the workforce, these problems will become more important over time.
All the managers must act as key people in the use of techniques and concepts of personnel management to improve productivity and performance at work. But here we stop to ask ourselves a question: Can the technical management of human talent really impact on the results of a company? The answer is "YES" definitive. In the case of an organization, productivity is the problem it faces and the staff is a critical part of the solution. The techniques of personnel management, implemented by both departments personnel management as line managers, have had a major impact on productivity and performance.
Although financial assets, plant and equipment are necessary resources for the organization, employees - human talent - have a very considerable importance. Human talent provides the creative spark in any organization. The people in charge of designing and producing goods and services, quality control, to distribute the products, allocating financial resources, and establish objectives and strategies for the organization. Without effective people is impossible for an organization to achieve its objectives. The work of the director of human talent is to influence this relationship between an organization and its employees.
"The management of human talent is a series of decisions about the relationship of employees that influences their effectiveness and organizations"
At present employees have different expectations about the job they want to play. Some employees want to work in the direction of their jobs and want to participate in the financial gains made by your organization. Others have so few marketing skills that employers must redesign jobs and provide extensive training before hiring. Likewise, the rates are changing population and workforce.

I like the evaluation phase that refers to the application of criteria reflecting the objectives to determine if the training met the objectives and needs fulfilled.
